...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN FRANKLIN...NORTHWESTERN ANDERSON...SOUTHEASTERN
OSAGE AND NORTHEASTERN COFFEY COUNTIES...

At 929 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles southwest of
Williamsburg, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
         tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
         roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Waverly, Williamsburg, and Harris.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 160 and 179.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for east central
Kansas.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
