...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN GEARY...CENTRAL MORRIS...SOUTHWESTERN WABAUNSEE AND
NORTHWESTERN LYON COUNTIES...

At 553 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Latimer to 6 miles southwest of Parkerville to
near Wilsey, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
         tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
         roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Council Grove, White City, Alta Vista, Dwight, Wilsey, Parkerville,
Bushong, and Council Grove Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
