At 842 PM, National Weather Service radar detected a large area of
showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly in Okmulgee
and Okfuskee counties in Oklahoma. It was more widespread in
southcentral Oklahoma. Movement was to the east at around 15 mph.
The average amount where it rained last hour was around one tenth of
an inch with maximum amounts of an inch to an inch and a half.
Intensity increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast
for late this evening , late this evening and into overnight,
cloudy, occasional showers with thunderstorms likely with
temperatures 65 to 76 degrees and north winds up to 10 mph.
