to the southeast at around 20 mph. The average amount where it

amounts of one tenth to one quarter of an inch. The rain developed
or moved into the area during the last hour The Tulsa area forecast
for early this morning, partly sunny, temperatures 77 to 84 degrees
with southwest winds up to 10 mph.
