Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Haskell and Sequoyah counties in Oklahoma and Sebastian county in Arkansas. The precipitation was in the Fort Smith area. Movement was to the southeast at around 30 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of three quarters to around an inch. Intensity decreased during the last hour.
