light rain and drizzle north of I44 and west of highway 75 and also
west of a Eufaula to Hugo line. It was more widespread in southeast
Kansas. Movement was to the southeast at around 25 mph. The average
amount where it rained last hour was less than one tenth of an inch
with maximum amounts of one tenth to one quarter of an inch.
Coverage and intensity remained about the same as last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for this afternoon, mostly cloudy, temperatures
75 to 80 degrees with northwest winds up to 5 mph.
