Shower and thunderstorm coverage associated with a surface cold front and slow moving upper level trough will continue through the overnight period. Moderate to heavy rainfall accompanying the stronger storms overnight may lead to a localized flooding threat, especially in urban areas. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT... Showers and thunderstorms are likely to be ongoing Monday morning, with a slow end from northwest to southeast through Monday night. A limited threat for both severe weather and locally heavy rain will continue into the day Monday, especially across far eastern Oklahoma and northwest and west central Arkansas.
