POOR VISIBILITY. RISK...Limited. AREA...Eastern Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas. ONSET...After Midnight. DISCUSSION... Patchy areas of dense fog will be possible again late tonight into Thursday morning across portions of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Watch for rapidly changing visibility conditions if traveling late tonight. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT... Spotter Activation Not Expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. THURSDAY...Dense Fog Potential. FRIDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...No Hazards. EXTENDED DISCUSSION... Patchy dense fog could linger into the morning hours on Thursday before quickly dissipating. A few showers will be possible in northwest Arkansas Friday due to an upper level storm system centered near the Arkansas/Tennessee border. Some instances of locally heavy rainfall will be possible across portions of northwest Arkansas.
