Starting late tonight, surface winds turn to the southeast and become strong. Expect southeast 20-foot winds 20 to 25 mph with stronger gusts to 45 mph. These winds will bring in deeper moisture increasing RH values rapidly overnight tonight. Breezy conditions will continue Friday.
