.DISCUSSION...There will be scattered thunderstorms this
afternoon with severe storms possible. Highs this afternoon will
be in the low to mid 80s with minimum relative humidities ranging
from 35 to 45 percent. Winds this morning and early this afternoon
will be out of the south at 15 to 25 mph with gusts of up to 35
mph possible. A front will pass through the region from west to
east late this afternoon into early evening. Winds will shift to
the northwest with sustained winds at 15 to 20 mph and gusts up to
25 mph.

Dry tomorrow with highs in the low to mid 80s and minimum RHs
ranging from 25 to 35 percent.

...LOW FIRE DANGER...

The grassland fire danger index will reach the low category this
afternoon. Favorable weather conditions or a high moisture
content of grasses, and other dry organic material on the ground,
indicate that the probability of a fast moving fire is low.
Outdoor burning under these conditions can usually be performed
with reasonable safety precautions, but should be monitored.

The outlook for Tuesday afternoon, The grassland fire danger
index will reach the low category.
