.DISCUSSION...Isolated showers and thunderstorms will persist into
this evening before dissipating after 2100 with clear skies overnight.
Moderate RH recoveries overnight reaching into the upper 40s to lower
50s. Tuesday will see another day of isolated afternoon and evening
showers and thunderstorms, with some storms producing brief heavy rain.
Afternoon RH values will drop to around 20 percent with moderate
overnight recoveries. Overall, winds will remain under 8 mph, but
could be gusty and erratic near storms.
