At 908 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located near Boston Buoy 44013, moving southeast at 35 knots. Locations impacted include... Boston Buoy 44013, Mass Bay Buoy 44029, The Coastal Waters East Of Boston Harbor, Stellwagen Bank, Minot Light, and Race Point. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
