MARSHALL...SOUTHEASTERN BROWN...NORTHERN CLARK AND NORTHERN SPINK
COUNTIES THROUGH 415 AM CDT...

At 315 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles southwest of Rutland to near Britton to
Newport Colony to Tacoma Park to near Frankfort. Movement was east at
40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Aberdeen, Sisseton, Redfield, Webster, Groton, Britton, Clark,
Veblen, Bristol, Langford, New Effington, Roslyn, Doland, Bath,
Frankfort, Conde, Pierpont, Claremont, Ashton, and Newport Colony.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Aberdeen.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 AM CDT for
northeastern South Dakota.
