Dry and windy conditions will continue today behind a cold front
exiting across Minnesota. Winds primarily out of the west, with gusts
of 35 to 50 mph. The strongest winds will be over central South
Dakota, and over the higher elevations of the Sisseton Hills. Winds
will weaken this evening.

Highs today will be in the upper 70s to low 80s. Expect lows in the
50s Friday morning, and highs mainly in the 80s Friday afternoon.
Cooler air will settle in for the weekend into early next week, with
highs in the 60s to low 70s.
