.SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA...

A weak 1000 mb low at 58N 137W dissipates as it moves inland Sat
evening. A North Pacific low moves to 55N 161W at 971 mb by midday
Sun, then continues to 58N 148W at 980 mb by Mon afternoon. Its
front pushes east across the Alaska Peninsula, moving into the
Gulf of Alaska by Mon afternoon.
