...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL GREENE COUNTY
THROUGH 515 PM EDT...
At 450 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Prattsville, or 12 miles west of Hunter. This thunderstorm was nearly
stationary.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Lexington, West Kill, Jewett Center, Mosquito Point, North Lexington,
and West Jewett.
