...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN ARMSTRONG...NORTHEASTERN RANDALL...SOUTHWESTERN
CARSON AND SOUTHEASTERN POTTER COUNTIES...

At 754 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles northeast of
Lake Tanglewood, or 9 miles southeast of Amarillo, moving south at 10
mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect some tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes,
         roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Amarillo, Lake Tanglewood, Washburn, Timbercreek Canyon, and Pantex.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
