...Rain returns this afternoon/evening...

.DISCUSSION...After precip-free weather through this morning, rain chances will
return to northern Michigan from west to east this afternoon and
evening. Light showers may arrive first before more steady,
widespread rain works in later in the afternoon and especially
tonight. South winds around 10-15 mph will gust to 20-30 mph at
times through this afternoon. Highs in the upper 60s and low 70s are
anticipated for most areas today. RH concerns are not expected
through this weekend.
