Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

Thunderstorms will be possible beginning Thursday and into the
weekend. If thunderstorms develop late Thursday afternoon and
evening, they may become strong.

Thunderstorms will be possible beginning Thursday and into the
weekend. The probability for organized severe weather is low. The
main hazard will be lightning.
