...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO PARTS OF SOUTHEAST Minnesota AND
NORTHEAST IOWA...

At 105 PM CDT, automated weather observations were reporting winds
of 40 to 50 mph with strong thunderstorms along a line extending
from near Dodge Center Minnesota, into northern Iowa, north of
Forest City. Movement was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted through 215 pm include...
Rochester, Austin, Osage, Dodge Center, Mantorville, Kasson,
Stewartville, Byron, Chatfield, Spring Valley, Hayfield, Grand
Meadow, St. Ansgar, Le Roy, Adams, Riceville, West Concord,
Brownsdale, Lyle, and Claremont.

This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 175 and
217.
