northeast Pennsylvania.

Moderate to heavy rainfall expected overnight Wednesday. High
rainfall intensities may lead to isolated flash flooding where
multiple batches of rain occur.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Moderate to heavy rainfall expected through Thursday. High rainfall
intensities may lead to isolated flash flooding where multiple
batches of rain occur. Additionally, there is a chance for strong to
severe storms to develop Thursday mid-morning through late afternoon,
where the main threat is strong to damaging winds. If you have
outdoor plans, be sure to have multiple ways to receive warnings from
the National Weather Service
