At 258 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Moscow, or 9 miles southeast of Scranton, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Dunmore, Blooming Grove, Paupack, Moscow, Sterling, Elmhurst, Lehigh, Greentown, Gouldsboro, and Ledgerdale. This includes the following highway exits... Interstate 84 between 8 and 26.
