...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CENTRAL SULLIVAN COUNTY THROUGH
500 PM EDT...

At 407 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Liberty to near Hortonville. Movement was east
at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Fallsburg, Monticello, Liberty, Bethel, Neversink, South Fallsburg,
Callicoon, Cochecton, Woodridge, and Jeffersonville.

This includes the following highway exits...
 Interstate 86/Route 17 between 99 and 103.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM EDT for
central New York...and northeastern Pennsylvania.
