EDT...

At 108 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Archbald, or near Carbondale, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Scranton, Dunmore, Carbondale, Old Forge, Archbald, Blakely, Taylor,
Dickson City, Moosic, and Olyphant.

This includes the following highway exits...
 Pennsylvania Interstate 81 between 180 and 202.
 Interstate 84 between 1 and 4.
 Interstate 380 near 24.
 Interstate 476 between 122 and 131.
