...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CENTRAL ONEIDA AND NORTHWESTERN
MADISON COUNTIES THROUGH 315 AM EDT...

At 214 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Camden to 9 miles west of Sylvan Beach to
near Bridgeport. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Rome, Oneida, Kirkland, Lee, Verona, Westmoreland, Vienna, Trenton,
Floyd, and Whitesboro.

This includes the following highway exits...
 Interstate 90 between 32 and 33.

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to
