...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN BOTTINEAU AND
NORTHERN MCHENRY COUNTIES THROUGH 330 AM CDT...

At 258 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 5 miles northwest of
Upham, or 22 miles southwest of Bottineau, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Willow City, Upham, Newburg, Russell, Gardena, Kramer, Bantry, and
Omemee.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 500 AM CDT for
north central North Dakota.
