SOUTHEASTERN WILLIAMS AND WESTERN MOUNTRAIL COUNTIES THROUGH 415 AM CDT... At 328 AM CDT, a cluster of strong thunderstorms was located 13 miles south of Ray, or 25 miles east of Williston, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include...
