Dry conditions under mostly sunny skies will continue through
late morning, followed by increasing clouds with chances for some
shower and thunderstorm activity this afternoon and evening. Until
then, temperatures will rapidly increase toward the century mark
around midday with relative humidity values dropping into the
lower 30 percent range around midday. Surface winds will be from
the southwest to west form 4-8 mph on average. Scattered, mainly
afternoon and evening showers and storms are expected Thursday
into the weekend, with the highest coverage in the southeast. RH
values will stay above 45 percent in most areas.
