...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL JEFFERSON COUNTY THROUGH
645 PM CDT...

At 621 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Fairfield. This thunderstorm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Southwestern Birmingham, Bessemer, Homewood, Hueytown, Fairfield,
Pleasant Grove, Midfield, Adamsville, Brighton, Lipscomb, Mulga,
Birmingham Southern College, Birmingham Fairgounds, Edgewater,
McDonald Chapel, Ensley, Legion Field, Minor, Forestdale, and
Dolomite.
