.DISCUSSION...Mostly sunny skies and dry conditions will prevail
again today, but winds will be lighter than yesterday. Light
downslope winds this early this morning will see a little increase
and more persistent west to southwest winds during the day. There
is a chance (30%) that south or southeast facing slopes could
develop a more southerly flow this afternoon. Minimum humidities
will drop to around 16 to 17 percent since the airmass is very
dry, and temperatures will be several degrees above normal.

Winds will decrease and become light this evening, with moderate
humidity recovery overnight. Similar weather conditions can be
expected for Friday.

A storm system will move into the area this weekend, with rain
showers likely and a couple thunderstorms possible starting
Saturday afternoon or evening.
