...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL JACKSON AND
NORTHWESTERN LARIMER COUNTIES THROUGH 745 PM MDT...

At 719 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking thunderstorms along a line
extending from 9 miles southwest of Tie Siding to 3 miles east of
Gould, or along a line extending from 21 miles south of Laramie to
77 miles northwest of Denver. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Kinikinik, Pennock Pass, Chambers Lake, Four Corners, Red Feather
Lakes, Rustic, Cherokee Park, Virginia Dale, Glendevey, and Pingree
Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

If on or near a lake get out of the water and move indoors or inside
a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to 10 miles from the
parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are close enough
to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter now! Do not be
caught on the water in a thunderstorm.

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
these storms pass.
