...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN LOGAN...PHILLIPS
AND SEDGWICK COUNTIES THROUGH 1245 AM MDT...

At 1117 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles southeast of Sterling, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Sterling, Holyoke, Julesburg, Haxtun, Fleming, Ovid, Iliff, Sedgwick,
Crook, Paoli, St Petersburg, Proctor, Atwood, Pleasant Valley, Marks
Butte, Amherst, Highland Center, Fairfield, Sixteen-Mile Corner, and
Padroni.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for sudden gusty winds. Secure loose objects and move to a
safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
