ARAPAHOE...BROOMFIELD...DENVER...NORTHEASTERN JEFFERSON...WESTERN
ADAMS AND EAST CENTRAL BOULDER COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM MDT...

At 656 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line
extending from near Mead to Denver, or along a line extending from 15
miles southwest of Greeley to 58 miles north of Colorado Springs.
Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Denver, northwestern Aurora, northeastern Lakewood, Thornton,
southeastern Arvada, Westminster, eastern Longmont, Broomfield,
Commerce City, Northglenn, Brighton, Wheat Ridge, Lafayette, Erie,
Federal Heights, Firestone, western Denver International Airport,
Frederick, Fort Lupton, and Lochbuie.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for sudden gusty winds. Secure loose objects and move to a
safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
