High pres over New England will continue to provide dry, tranquil
boating weather through at least Tue. Low pres near the Carolinas
and mid-Atlantic coast then spreads a period of enhanced onshore
easterly winds, building seas and periods of rain later on Wed and
into Thurs. High pres then returns for Fri into the weekend, with a
continued enhanced east-northeast breeze.
