* WHAT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and
  seas 1 to 3 feet expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Massachusetts coastal waters and Rhode
  Island coastal waters.

* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Late afternoon and evening thunderstorms
  could bring strong gusty winds and frequent lightning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
