.SYNOPSIS...An enhanced pressure gradient over the region will
support moderate to fresh southeast winds and moderate to slightly
elevated seas through the forecast. Small Craft Exercise Caution
will be needed and there is a possibility of going into Small
Craft Advisory tonight and tomorrow.
