.SYNOPSIS...Mostly favorable conditions are expected to prevail as
surface high pressure centered over the central to northwest Gulf
of Mexico will produce light to moderate southeasterly winds and
low seas along the Lower Texas Coast for the next several days.
Showers and thunderstorms over the lower Texas coastal waters may
produce briefly higher winds and seas.
