Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure centered over the central to
northwest Gulf of Mexico will produce light to moderate winds
and low to moderate seas along the Lower Texas Coast through
the forecast. Small Craft Should Exercise Caution and Small
Craft Advisory are not likely to be needed. Showers and
thunderstorms over the lower Texas coastal waters may produce
briefly higher winds and seas.
