.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Warning is now in effect for all marine
zones. Hazardous marine conditions are expected during the
forecast period due to a developing tropical system in the Bay of
Campeche. Mariners are strongly advised to monitor the Coastal
Waters Forecast through the next several days.
