.SYNOPSIS...Adverse to hazardous marine conditions are expected
during the forecast due to the formation and eventual movement
of a tropical system in the southern and western Gulf of Mexico.
Mariners are strongly advised to monitor the Coastal Waters
Forecast through the next several days.
