.SYNOPSIS...Favorable marine conditions will continue along the
Lower Texas Coast through Wednesday courtesy of surface high
pressure over the western Gulf of Mexico. Light to moderate
onshore flow and low seas will persist for the next couple of
days. Scattered showers are possible and can result in brief
periods of elevated seas and gusty winds. Probabilities of
deteriorating marine conditions are increasing Thursday and Friday
due to an organizing tropical system in the Gulf of Mexico. Check
hurricanes.gov for the latest information on the tropics.
