...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL CAMERON AND
SOUTHEASTERN WILLACY COUNTIES THROUGH 415 PM CDT...

At 329 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Rio Hondo Elementary School, or near Rio Hondo.
These storms were nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Harlingen, Rio Hondo, Arroyo City, Texas State Technical College
Harlingen, Porfirio, Lozano, Rio Hondo Elementary School, Rio Hondo
High School, Willamar, and Santa Monica.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
