...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL CALEDONIA COUNTY THROUGH
300 PM EDT...

At 225 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Danville, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
St. Johnsbury, Danville, Waterford, Barnet, Peacham, West Danville,
West Waterford, Passumpsic, Greenbank Hollow, and East Barnet.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 91 between mile markers 123 and 131.
 Interstate 93 near mile marker 6, and between mile markers 8 and 11.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
