CATTARAUGUS...SOUTHEASTERN ERIE...SOUTHERN LIVINGSTON...EAST CENTRAL
CHAUTAUQUA AND NORTHERN ALLEGANY COUNTIES THROUGH 430 AM EDT...

At 341 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Warsaw to 7 miles northeast of Long Point
State Park. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Letchworth State Park, Springville, Perry, Warsaw, Mount Morris,
Gowanda, Conesus, Ashford, Arcade, Franklinville, Belfast, Rushford,
Chaffee, Portageville, Ashford Hollow, Houghton, East Concord,
Yorkshire, Groveland, and Sardinia.

This includes Interstate 390 near exit 6.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
