...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN CARTER COUNTY
THROUGH 815 PM MDT...

At 744 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles north of Colony, or 25 miles northwest of Belle Fourche, moving
northeast at 65 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Carter
County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM MDT for
southeastern Montana.
