...HAZARDOUS THUNDERSTORMS IMPACTING THE COASTAL WATERS...

At 1032 PM EDT, a thunderstorm was located near Buoy L, or 9 nm
southeast of Savannah Buoy, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Winds up to 30 knots and small hail.

  IMPACT...Expect briefly stronger winds and suddenly higher waves.
           Small, wind driven hail could damage sails, canvas and
           upholstery. Take down sails if possible.

waves, lightning strikes, and poor visibility in heavy rain. Boaters
should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes. Put on a
personal flotation device.
