At 1115 PM EDT, a thunderstorm was located near Jimmy Leland Tug, or
13 nm southeast of Bulls Bay, moving southeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Winds up to 30 knots.

  IMPACT...Expect briefly stronger winds and suddenly higher waves.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and poor visibility in heavy rain. Boaters
should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes. Put on a
personal flotation device.

heading for shore before conditions deteriorate.
