The Flood Advisory has expired for portions of north central and
northeast Ohio, including the following areas, in north central
Ohio, Ashland. In northeast Ohio, Medina, Stark, Summit and Wayne.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no
