* At 7:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
* Caution stage is 7.0 feet.
* Forecast: The river is expected to rise and crest at 9.8 feet by
early Friday morning. It will begin a slow fall after.
