...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN LYCOMING...NORTH
CENTRAL COLUMBIA AND SULLIVAN COUNTIES THROUGH 1215 PM EDT...

At 1151 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
near Montoursville, moving east at 45 mph. Other storms were forming
just west of this storm.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Williamsport, Montoursville, Hughesville, Duboistown, Jamison City,
Kettle Creek Gorge, Ricketts Glen State Park, Central, Biggertown,
Muncy Valley, Barbours, Loyalsockville, South Williamsport, Picture
Rocks, Laporte, Eagles Mere, Williamsport Airport, and Little League
World Series Complex.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM EDT for
central and north central Pennsylvania.
